Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated March 10, 2025, and any addenda thereto, includes all trades, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor, expertise, supervision, delivery, services, installation, and incidentals required to remove and replace the Westerville Community Center’s packaged rooftop air handling unit RTU-4, roof curb, associated ductwork, and other appurtenant work.
There is also a bid alternate (ALT. H-1) for furnishing and installing a decorative equipment screen.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $453,000
The Engineer's Estimate for ALT. H-1 is $15,000
The project completion date is November 14, 2025.
