Community Building Janitorial Services Notice of Bid

RFB-CB Janitorial Services The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for janitorial services at the Siloam Springs Community Building located at 110 North Mount Olive Street. The bid submitted shall incorporate all items listed in the Instructions and Specifications. All interested parties may obtain complete specifications from the Parks and Recreation Department, at 410 N Broadway or by contacting Parks and Recreation at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or 479-524-5779.  The Siloam Springs Community Building requires general cleaning after each scheduled event, a minimum of three times per week and a maximum of six times per week, plus a monthly deep cleaning. The cleaning tasks for this building will be performed in the evenings, usually after hours, and early morning hours.

Bidders must have no felony conviction within the previous 120 months, or any misdemeanor conviction involving physical violence or theft of property within the previous 60 months.

Hand Deliveries can be made to the Community Development Offices at 410 N Broadway St, Siloam Springs, AR. Bids must be received by the above date and time.   Sealed bids may not be sent electronically.

At 2PM, on Wednesday, January 15 ^th , 2025, The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities.  The bids must remain in effect for ninety (90) days.
