Project Description: The City of Round Rock seeks bids from firms experienced in home repair to provide all materials, labor, and services to repair three residential homes in accordance with the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The City of Round Rock Home Repair Program is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing and Urban Development (HUD)- funded program. The primary program objectives are to make health and safety-related repairs to owner-occupied homes, giving priority to very low-income applicants, income-eligible elderly, and disabled occupants.
