Description

The City of Spokane, through its Wastewater Management's Stormwater Program, is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from Individuals/Firms interested in providing Consultation Services to develop an RFP seeking the establishment of a Community Based Private Public Partnership (hereinafter CBP3) that will ultimately collaborate to construct a regional stormwater facility.

This project is funded through a grant awarded through state of Washington, Department of Ecology, Firms are warned to take into consideration applicable federal requirements in making their Proposal and performing the work.

It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be electronically submitted through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
