Project Description: The City is seeking bids from qualified proposers to plant approximately 3,000 trees within the street Right-of-Way throughout qualified census tracts in Sioux Falls. The work shall consist of furnishing, delivering, and planting trees, and all operations incidental thereto, in conformance with these specifications.
