Communication Services for Bond Election

The City of Georgetown seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation (Offeror) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide comprehensive communication services for a municipal bond election including, but not limited to: outreach to understand community sentiment, strategic plan development, message and creative development, advertising plan and placement, and tracking of campaign elements.

The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.

Sealed proposals MUST be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before June 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
