Communication Infrastructure Installation, Test, Maintenance, and Repair services (ITMR)

Provide Installation, Test, Maintenance, and Repair (ITMR) support to communications Layer 1 of the Open Systems Interconnection model (OSI model) modifications and additions to the existing copper Plain Old Telephone Switch (POTS), Inside Plant (ISP) Fiber Optic Cabling, CAT5E/6 cable plant(s), and Outside Plant (OSP) Copper/Fiber optic cabling for four (4) United States military Co-located Operating Bases (COB); Daegu, Gimhae, Gwangju, and Suwon Air Bases in South Korea.

Scheduling And Quality Control

• Installation, Test, Maintenance, And Repair (ITMR) For Outside Plant and Inside Plant (Copper and/or Fiber

Optic) Cabling

• Use Of Communication Infrastructure Test Equipment, Specialized Tools (I.E. GPS equipment, fiber

splicers, visual fault locators, Optical Time-Domain Reflectometers, etc.), and Knowledge on Installation

Standard Practices.

• Cable Splicing, Sealing, and Termination

• Working Aloft and Climbing

• Safety Procedures

• Aerial, Underground, And Buried Cabling Systems

• Conduit and Duct Installation

• Grounding and Bonding

• Cable Management and Marking

• LAN/WAN Distribution

• Telephone Devices Installation and Maintenance

• Utilize Publications and Directives (Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) Standards and Unified

Facilities Criteria (UFC), Etc.)

• Installation Of Half, Full, And Wall Mounted Server Racks

• Maps, Records, Documentation, And Diagrams (using CVC, WOMS, IMDS, and Remedy)

• Plans, Planning, Agreements, And Technical Solutions

• Projects And Requirements, Military Construction (MILCON), Renovations, Work Orders, And Site Surveys

• Preventative Maintenance Inspections

• Cleanup And Restoration
