Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is a state agency that empowers Ohioans with disabilities through employment, disability determination, and independence.

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking a company to provide in-person Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) as an accessibility feature at the 2025 Accessible Ohio Conference and Expo that will take place on August 14, 2025.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
