Sealed bids are invited for the construction of sidewalk improvements along portions of Commonwealth Drive

and Dominion Drive in Albemarle County. The project is generally described as approximately 3,278 linear feet

of sidewalk, curb & gutter, storm drainage, concrete and asphalt paving and associated sitework.

An In-Person pre-bid conference will be held at the Albemarle County Office Building, Room 246, located at 401

McIntire Road, Charlottesville, VA 22902, at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Attendance will be

optional for those submitting a bid.
