Description: The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking to purchase 272 common cedar posts, clear Grade A or better to be used as sign frames within Robert Moses State Park. No weather proofing required. If awarded a Purchase Order, items must be received by August 1 st , 2025. Cedar Type: Common Cedar Grade: Clear Grade A or better Measurements: 72 units of 6” x 6” x16’ 200 units of 4” x 4” x 12 Delivery Instructions: Delivery must be made by August 1 st , 2025. Delivery times: between 7am and 5pm. All posts to be delivered at the same time. Vendor is responsible for unloading posts. For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability.
