Project Description: The Town of Fairfield (Town) is seeking Proposals for commissioning services associated with the design and construction of a new building for Dwight Elementary School with Early Childhood Center project Project) located at 1600 Redding Road, Fairfield, Connecticut.
The Town intends to proceed based on the following preliminary milestone schedule:
Pre-Bid Meeting: Monday, June 22, 2026
Requests for Information (RFI) due: 11:00 AM, Friday, June 26, 2026
Addenda published: Monday, June 29, 2026 – close of business
RFP Submissions due: 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 9, 2026
Committee shortlisting: Tuesday, July 14, 2026
