Project Description: The City of Norwich intends to engage a commissioning firm to provide full commissioning services for the John M. Moriarty & Uncas Elementary Schools. The specific requirements of each task and required deliverables are included within this RFP. The successful firm must demonstrate extensive experience in all facets of Commissioning for K-12 educational facilities. Successful experience with the State of Connecticut Office of Grants Administration Process is required.
