NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the contract Commissary Services for DuPage County Jail 25-037-SHF on or before July 8, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Sheriff’s Office seeks to establish a contract to provide detainee Commissary Services at its Jail, located at 501 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. The County anticipates awarding the Request for Proposal July 2025 with the contract beginning October 2025. This will allow ample transition time for implementation.
