Development And Implementation of a Commercial Sector Reference-Based Pricing Program

Addendum #1

This addendum consists of one (1) page

1. Please note that the answer to Question #4 from the Q&A has been revised to the following:

Q. Attachments E-1 and E-2 include Data Use Agreements for VHCURES and VUHDDS. Can GMCB

clarify the anticipated timeline for DUA execution and data provisioning following contract award,

and whether data extracts can be made available immediately upon award to accelerate project

timelines?

A. SUMMARY

We anticipate it will take a work week or less for the contractor(s) to access the data. After the contract

is signed it’s a multi-step process:

1. GMCB’s Redisclosure Request. Reviewed by the GMCB Data Team, usually within 1-2 days.

2. VHCURES & VUHDDS data. It’s estimated that GMCB’s vendors for VHCURES & VUDHHS will

need 1-2 days to provide access to the data. This work can be done concurrently.

DETAIL

The contractor(s) will follow the GMCB’s Redisclosure Request process. This process binds the

contractor(s) to the requirements of GMCB’s underlying DUA, as upon approval of the Redisclosure

Request, they are required to abide by the underlying DUA. The DUA will still be part of the contract, but

it's just the process to get access to the data is through the Redisclosure Request as opposed to

requesting their own DUA and following the DUA application process. To inform project planning,

VHCURES 2007-2025 with 3 months of runout is available by the time the project starts, or shortly

thereafter. VUHDDS 2016-2022 is available by the time the project starts. By October 2026 we will have

2023 and on, with a regular feed for quarterly updates.
