CITY OF KILLEEN, TEXAS

The City of Killeen, acting as the issuing agent on behalf of the Killeen Economic Development Corporation (“the Corporation”), will receive sealed Request for Proposals for 26-21 Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firms – Wolf Technology Park electronically through the City’s eProcurement Portal or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 . Mailed or hand delivered proposals must be sealed and plainly marked with the name and address of the proposer and “RFP NO. 26-21 Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firms – Wolf Technology Park , 2:00 pm , Wednesday, December 31, 2025 ”.

Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

Vendors may register and submit proposals electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/login .

No Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held.

RFP Questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site , until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov e-bidding site . It is the proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.

The City of Killeen, acting as the procurement agent on behalf of the Killeen Economic Development Corporation (“the Corporation”), is seeking qualified and responsive commercial real estate brokerage firms to provide full-service brokerage representation, marketing, and transaction facilitation for Wolf Technology Park, a 94-acre advanced-industry development site owned by the Corporation.

The selected firm will represent the Corporation in marketing, leasing, and selling properties within the park and provide full brokerage support, including lead generation, property tours, transaction management, and reporting.
