NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER 25-133-ROE on or before December 4, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at DemandStar. All proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Regional Office of Education (“ROE”) is seeking the services of a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker. The required service will consist primarily of the acquisition of a 30,000 to 50,000 sq. ft property on behalf of the County. Services may also include the lease of property during the duration of the contract.
