Project Description: The Weber County Library Board of Trustees (Library) is soliciting proposals for a private or not-for-profit vendor (Vendor) to operate a Coffee Shop/Cafe (Cafe) located in the Main Library, 2464 Jefferson Ave., Ogden, UT 84401. See RFP documents under the DOCUMENTS tab for full project details.
An informative pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (located at address above) to tour the site and to answer vendor questions. Vendors who plan to submit a proposal are required to send a representative to this meeting.
