Description
Project Description: This project consists of the design, renovation, and equipment installation for the snack bar
commercial kitchen located at the Energy Solutions Aquatics Center at The Peak Sports
Complex. The intent of the renovation is to modernize the kitchen, improve efficiency and
safety, and support expanded food service operations. All work shall be completed in compliance
with applicable local, state, and federal codes, including health department, fire, building,
electrical, plumbing, and gas regulations. Please see the attached RFP documents for solicitation details. Solicitation issued by Tooele County, Utah.
