Request for Proposal
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the City of Cold Lake (the “City”) to invite submissions from experienced and qualified Proponents capable of entering into an agreement to provide Commercial Janitorial Services for the Energy Centre and Grand Stand. The initial contract term will be three (3) years, with options for extensions for additional terms at the City’s discretion.

The scope of work (further detailed in Appendix A) includes, but is not limited to, the supply and delivery of materials, skilled labour, supervision, management, and equipment necessary to perform the required services in accordance with the City’s standards and requirements.

The successful Proponent(s) will be invited to enter into contract negotiations with the City for the provision of the services. The anticipated contract start date is outlined in Section 1.3, Table 1, with the term extending to February 28, 2028, unless otherwise amended.
