Scope of Services
OUC seeks to select turn-key Suppliers to provide comprehensive services for its Commercial Indoor Lighting Upgrade Program. The qualified Suppliers will conduct lighting system audits, lighting system design evaluations, recommend, procure, and install energy efficient lighting solutions for qualified OUC commercial customers within OUC’s service territory along with any warranty related follow-up work. OUC may, at its sole discretion, award this contract to one or more qualified Suppliers.
The successful Suppliers will be solely responsible for completing all lighting upgrades on behalf of OUC. Each Supplier’s performance and professional conduct are of paramount importance to OUC. Any Supplier who fails to represent OUC in a courteous and professional manner is subject to termination of the Agreement.
The Supplier will be performing the initial lighting audit and proposal preparations at no cost to OUC or its customers.
