The Contractor is required to deliver and install the unit as well as hauling away the old existing equipment. The contract will be a Multi-Award Contract with the lowest bidders, and it will not be subject to a specific time term and/or renewal. Please see Bid Packet document for equipment specifications. Equivalent make and models are not acceptable. The proposal must include detailed specifications of the equipment’s warranty, lead time to deliver the units, and installation charge. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request for Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
