Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to inform the public, including private sector and non-profit organizations, of a commercial vending opportunity to sell food and beverage services to the travelling public at Zopkios Brake Check, operating under License to the Ministry of Transportation and Transit, and to solicit proposals from interested parties. Depending on the proposals offered in response to this RFP, one or more License(s) may be negotiated with proponent(s). Subject to satisfactory performance by the proponent, the term of the License being offered is May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2028. The minimum permitted window to vend within the season is May 1 to October 1. At the sole discretion of the Ministry, the License could be renewed for two additional years, for a total of five years (April 30, 2030).
