The District will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to open a quote not properly submitted or identified. Quotes shall be in the actual possession of the District on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late quotes shall not be considered.
DEAR POTENTIAL BIDDER:
Marana Unified School District seeks a Written Quote for Commercial Building Glass, Repair, and Window Tinting. This
scope of work is listed under the Attributes Tab and the price sheet for the service is listed on the Line Item tab. Also, any questions should be submitted no later than 3/04/2025 1:00 pm . Questions may not be accepted after that date.
MUSD is requesting firm pricing on the materials quoted on the Line Item Tab in this Request for Quotation. Vendors shall indicate the number of days prices are firm as requested in this quotation. Marana USD will allow request of increase within the days indicated, if inflation and hourly wages insist to increase.
The Bidder whose price is the lowest and whose offer is complete and determined to be responsive and responsible will be awarded. It is the intent of the District for this service to
start on March
7, 2025 until June 30, 2025
. No contract exists until a purchase order is issued.
The District reserves the right to add related services and/or materials to the work if agreed upon with the vendor at any time during period of performance. The District shall contact the vendor for prices prior to adding any services and/or materials and may at MUSD’s sole option, accept the quoted price or purchase elsewhere those items.
During the transition, I will be accepting the quote via e-mail no later than the date and time indicated in this quotation. Quote number should be stated on the subject line of email m.m.fergus@maranausd.org
