Request For Proposal
MEMS is seeking bid proposals from area Commercial Asphalt Contractor/Renovator to re-asphalt the parking area for MEMS Headquarters. This includes, laying down fresh asphalt, make repairs, painting, and applying sealant to the parking lot which is located at MEMS’ Headquarters in Little Rock, AR. Asphalt Contractor/Renovator must be
considered a “Full Service” provider and capable of overseeing all work phases necessary to complete the project. Supplier must be licensed, insured, bonded and in good standing with AR A/G office, and BBB.
Supplier will oversee all work necessary to complete job outline the Scope of Work. In order to be considered eligible to submit a cost proposal within the timeframe outlined within the Bidder’s Instructions Supplier will need to be present for the mandatory on-site inspection and Q&A. This meeting will be held at MEMS’ Headquarters, and conducted by MEMS’ Facilities Manager. Once site inspection is complete, Supplier will submit their cost proposal which will be reviewed by MEMS staff and awarded to the best qualified, low bid as determined by MEMS.
