NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, March 24, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Commerce Building Lighting Replacement located in Little Rock, AR for SAS / Division of Building Authority. PR #6152515
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on March 17, 2026, at 1 Commerce Way, Building 4, Little Rock, AR 72202. The meeting will be on the 2nd floor in the Arkansas River Room. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. (501) 372-4011. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, payable to ENFRA TME. Deposits will be refunded to Contractors who submit a bid and return the documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the receipt of bids. Partial sets will not be available. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Bidders requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics.

If the bid is $50,000.00 or more, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
