Attention Consultant Community,

Within the next month, NDOT intends to publish a new RFQ to help deliver approximately 5-15

projects of various types and complexities. This RFQ will be similar to prior multi-service RFQs

such as RFQ-2408, but include a different list of projects.

Projects may be awarded individually or in groups. Interested firms will be asked to identify which

project(s) they or their team have the expertise and capacity to deliver.

As a reminder, interested consultants must be certified by NDOT or have submitted a certification

form to NDOT prior to submitting a Statement of Qualifications. Instructions for completing the
