The City of Des Plaines, Illinois desires proposals for Combined Plan Review and Inspection Services.

All proposals will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016 until: 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, 2024. All proposals received after this time will not be accepted.

All questions should be submitted in writing to Chief Building Official Allen Yanong at ayanong@desplainesil.gov by 4:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2024.

Prerequisite:	A Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024, in Room 101 at Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines, IL 60016 to review the scope of the improvements and the project specifications. Prospective firms are not required to attend.
