AMENDMENT 0003. The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate minor adjustments to the PWS due to unpredictable operational changes. Based on the updated requirements (highlighted in yellow in the PWS 3001 ), the following revisions are made:

• CLIN 0003 -- Update quantity to 3.


• CLIN 0008 -- Split POP (4 June - 14 August) and reduce quantity to 4.


• CLIN 0009 -- Update POP (14 June - 30 July).


• CLIN 0010 -- Split requirement CLIN 0011 -- Update location to Daegu Beach.


• CLIN 0012 -- Update POP dates.


• CLIN 0013 -- Update description to 20FT Cold Storage Containers (Freezer).


• CLIN 0015 -- Update POP dates.


• CLIN 0016 -- Update POP dates.

NOTE:

1. No additional RFIs will be accepted at this time due to compressed timelines required to support current mission activities.

2. Use Attachment 3002 for PRICE /CLIN Structure.

3. The Request for Quote closing time on 28 MAY 2026 has been extended from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM KST.

AMENDMENT 0002. CJLOTS FY26 KOREA.

Purpose: The purpose of this amendment is to provide official Government responses questions received from Industry. See Attachment 0004. Q&A CJLOTS 2026.

AMENDMENT 0001 – CJLOTS FY26 KOREA.

The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Daegu, 906th Contracting Battalion, has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) in support of Combined Joint Logistics Over‑the‑Shore (CJLOTS) operations in Pohang, Republic of Korea. This requirement is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, utilizing Simplified Procedures (SP).

*******ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: All sources may submit a quote or quote as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)- United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any offeror, for this requirement.

AMENDMENT 0001 – CJLOTS FY26 KOREA

Purpose: Change the scope and size of the requirement.

1. Purpose of Amendment. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to change the scope and size of the CJLOTS FY26 Korea requirement. This modification updates the quantities, locations, and service levels originally identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see attached update 0001 PWS.

2. Questions (RFI) Procedures

• All questions must be submitted via email no later than 25 May 2026, 10:00 AM KST. • Questions received after this deadline will not be answered. • All questions will be consolidated and answered in a single document. • The Government will issue all questions and answers as a formal solicitation amendment.

3. Request for Quote. Submission Instructions
