Colwell PD Ctr. Culvert Repl. & Stream Bank Stab.

Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Colwell Probation Detention Center Culvert Replacement and Stream Bank Stabilization in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.

This project scope of work: Replacement of 60” diameter drainage culvert under entrance driveway to the detention center gym and annex building, erosion control & streambank remediation downstream of culvert replacement. (See Section 01010, Summary of Work).

GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
