Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (8th Floor), until 10:00 A.M., July 29, 2025, for the follow¬ing:
COLONEL GLENN RD. (HWY. 5) AND S. UNIVERSITY AVE. (HWY. 70) AND ASHER AVE. (HWY. 70) WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS - 2025
INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 412 L.F. OF 12-INCH AND 320 L.F. 6-INCH D.I. POTABLE WATER MAIN
INTERSECTION OF COLONEL GLENN RD. (HWY. 5) AND S. UNIVERSITY AVE. (HWY. 70) AND ASHER AVE. (HWY. 70) - LITTLE ROCK, AR
CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER PROJECT NO. 5720 / JOB NO. 09370
Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums or project updates.
There will be a pre-bid conference on July 22, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., by way of teleconference or in person (Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock (8th Floor). All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
