NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Collin County, TX invites sealed bids for 2025-129 , Collin County Adult Detention Facility - Housing Washer and Dryer .
The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $ 175,000.00 .
SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. The Contract will be a general contract for the construction of Housing Washer and Dryer installations at the Collin County Adult Detention Facility, located at 4300 Community Avenue, McKinney, Texas 75071. Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents.
