THE PURPOSE OF ADDENDUM IS TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RFB DOCUMENT AND PROVIDE ANSWERS TO THE
REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATIONS:
Item 2-1 Extend the bid closing date and time, from April 27, 2026 at 3 pm , to April 30, 2026 at 3 pm.
Item 2-2 2nd line of first paragraph, Section 1.18, Item 1-1 of Addendum No. 1. "Whichever is late" should be

The College will provide four (4) College-owned compactors on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring
Campus, which are three (3) Marathon Ramjet RJ- 240SC and one (1) Tri-Pak SPH-38X 2023.
Three of Marathon Ramjet RJ-240SC include one (1) 20-yard located at the Health Sciences (HC),
one (1) 20-yard at Cultural Arts Center (CU), and one (1) 35-yard at Charlene R. Nunley Student
Services Center (ST). One (1) 38-yard Tri-Pak SPH-38X is located at Catherine and Isiah Leggett
Math and Science (LB) building.
All other containers shall be provided by the Contractor.
Schedule of pickup is as follows:
a. Cultural Arts Center (CU)
(1) One (1) College owned 20-yard Marathon Ramjet RJ-240SC compactor for solid waste,
on call.
b. Health Sciences Center (HC)
(1) One (1) College owned 20-yard Marathon Ramjet RJ-240SC compactor for solid
waste, on call.
(2) One (1) 8-yard container for commingled recycling, every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
c. Student Services Building (ST) (loading dock)
(1) One (1) College owned 35-yard Marathon Ramjet RJ-240SC compactor for solid
waste, on call.
(2) One (1) 4-yard container on wheels for commingled recycling, every Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
