Construction of new building for the City of College Station as an additional

building for SCADA to house offices and works space which include offices, a work room, secure

storage, a break area, conference room, restrooms, electrical and mechanical rooms, and IDF room,

and a janitor closet. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Sealed competitive proposals addressed to the City of College Station, Texas will be received for:

until 2:00 p.m. CT, Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, after which time all qualified proposals

will be opened via Teams meeting and summary prices will be read aloud. Proposals received after

the specified submission deadline will not be accepted.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. CT Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025. At

City Hall, 3rd floor Fiscal Services, Conference Room 2. This meeting is not mandatory, but

attendance is highly recommended.

Questions and inquiries about this RFP (CSP) should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature

available through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding System”). The deadline for

submitting written requests for clarification is Friday, September 10th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CT.
