The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide Texas public school students a valid, reliable, norm-referenced college preparation assessment universally accepted by institutions of higher education as part of their undergraduate admissions process and/or support the statewide implementation and expansion of career readiness assessments for Texas high school students. The selected providers are expected to coordinate directly with local education agencies (LEAs) across the state to provide: 1) College preparation and College Readiness assessments in School Day and National Test Day settings, 2) Detailed reports to students, LEAs, and TEA, 3) Adequate engagement and coordination with these specified stakeholders to ensure the successful administration of the assessment(s) and that the reports, supports, and engagement improve student academic attainment and performance.
