COLLEGE HEIGHTS UTILITY REHABILITATION

It is the City’s intent that the successful Firm will be involved for the full duration of the design development, preparation of construction and bidding documents, and construction administration phases of the project.

The budget for this project is approximately $3,720,000 A general description of the scope of work for this project is provided below.
The purpose of this project is to rehabilitation of water and wastewater lines in the northside area, in the vicinity of Eisenhower Street, Jane Street, Nimitz Street, MacArthur St., and University Drive. Scope includes design and construction phase services for the rehabilitation and/or
replacement of infrastructure including, but not limited to 8-inch water distribution lines, 12-inch water distribution lines, 6-inch sanitary sewer collection lines, and 8-inch sanitary sewer collection lines.

The selected firm shall perform the services necessary to develop the Design Criteria Package. Deliverables for this project include but are not limited to, construction drawings to include, specifications and permit drawings, and permit applications.
