Allegany College of Maryland requests proposals to replace the existing chillers in the College Center building. This process will involve the demolition & removal of all existing chillers and their associated systems, piping, hangars, etc. After completion of demolition and removal, two new modular style chillers, new chilled water and condenser water pumps, new controls, and a new refrigerant detection system will be installed.
