BID CALL:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

2026 College Avenue Parking Garage Repair and Maintenance

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "2026 College Avenue Parking Garage Repair and Maintenance " with the time and date of the opening, which will be August 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on July 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the project site which is 101 W. Mulberry St. Normal, IL 61761. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council

and their decision will be final.
