College Ave Streetscape Improvements – Phase I

The City of Clemson (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

College Ave Streetscape Improvements – Phase I ARC Grant #4-G-23-21261

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Clemson City Hall located at 1250 Tiger Blvd, Suite 1 until Tuesday, December 2nd at 2pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Project is located in the City of Clemson, SC and work will include but will not necessarily be limited to, the streetscape improvements along College Ave from Sloan Street to Old Greenville Highway, new hardscape around the new Clemson Information Building, and restriping of Sloan Street to reverse the direction in conjunction with restriping College Ave in front of the Sloan Street and College Ave intersection. Improvements will consist of new concrete sidewalk along College Ave, grading and hardscape improvements around the new Clemson Information Building and Addison Lane, stormwater and utility improvements, landscaping, and all other associated activities as detailed in the construction plans.

Two pre-bid conferences for the Project will be held on Tuesday, November 4th at 9am and Thursday, November 6th at 3pm at 365 College Ave, Clemson, SC 29631. Attendance at one or both of the pre-bid conferences is non-mandatory but highly encouraged due to the project being subject to BABAA.
