Project Description: Bids (Proposals) will be received online via the PennBid Program until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on November 17, 2025, at which time they will be opened.
No pre-bid meeting or site visit will be held.
Questions will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., prevailing time, on November 12, 2025; All questions must be submitted through PennBid.
