Summary

Seminole County is seeking to enter into an Agreement with a qualified collection Agency to provide debt collection services to collect outstanding fees and other delinquent charges or accounts for the County's Utilities Water and Sewer and Parks and Recreation Departments. These accounts are at least sixty (60) days in arrears and have received a final bill owed to the County.
