The City of Georgetown (the “City”) requests Proposals from interested, qualified Respondents capable of providing Municipal Court Collection Services for collection of delinquent fines, fees, court costs, and other authorized receivables associated with the City’s Municipal Court operations.. A full description of the Scope of Work is contained in Exhibit A. The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP. Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on of before July 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
