Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking qualified registered 501c3 Organizations, Faith-Based Organizations, Shelters, or Community Service Providers that are in good standing with the State of Florida for a partnership to provide shelter to our most vulnerable residents when the Cold Weather Shelter Plan is activated during the 2026 cold weather season. The services will be provided at locations identified by the community partners that have the capacity for at least a minimum of 15 nights throughout the cold weather season. The estimated project budget is $175,000.00.
