Cold Weather Shelter Partnerships

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Homeless Services Department is seeking submittals from registered 501c3 organizations, faith-based organizations, shelters, or community service providers in good standing with the State of Florida for a partnership to provide sheltering services to our most vulnerable residents when the Cold Weather Shelter Plan is activated. The services will be provided at a location identified by the community partner with capacity of at least a minimum of 15 nights during the cold weather season. The estimated range of the cold weather partnership stipend(s) will range from $4,000.00 up to $12,000.00 per participating qualified agency per season, depending on capacity, location, and demand.
