Cold Springs Road Culvert Replacement

Project Description: Sealed bids for removal of an existing concrete encased steel beam bridge structure and the installation of a new, precast concrete box culvert will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 2, 2026.
The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 A.M. (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.
Copies of Bidding Documents for Cold Springs Road Culvert Replacement are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
NOTE: The Supervisors of Dickinson Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Dickinson Township Board of Supervisors.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dickinson Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
The Contract Time for this project is two hundred ten (210) calendar days.
Dickinson Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
