Cold Planing Complete, Bituminous Concrete-Hand work and Bituminous Concrete - laid in place

The Town of Dracut, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M for Materials with Labor for Cold Planing Complete, Bituminous Concrete-Hand work and Bituminous Concrete Paving – laid in Place, as needed, from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with two, one-year options to renew.

MassDOT Prequalification is required in the following classes of work: Pavement Surfacing for the projects with an estimated combined value of $1,245,258.00.

A contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder(s) offering the lowest total estimated contract price.

The IFB is available as of April 30, 2025, at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx .  All bids submitted must be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit. Bids will be accepted at the Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St, Dracut, MA 01826 until May 20, 2025, at 11AM, at which time, bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith. The Town of Dracut reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. Barbara O'Connor, Purchasing Agent.
