City of Marshall, Missouri (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk located at 214 North Lafayette Ave., Marshall, MO, 65340 until Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Mill and overlay of streets as selected by the City.

Prospective bidders desiring copies of plans, specifications, bid documents, and other Contract Documents can purchase these documents (non-refundable) online at Drexel Technologies in their eDistribution Plan Room at www.drexeltech.com . Additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com or 913.371.4430. Information regarding this project can be found under the “Public Jobs” link on the website. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from Drexel Technologies or Lamp Rynearson. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Pre-bid Conference

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM at https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/29726222870002?p=ZpKKIhc95jP4yUXOOe . Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
