Town of Colchester is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for work to be performed at Colchester Youth Center a Historic Building located at 40 Norwich Ave Colchester CT 06415. Bid opening to take place at Colchester Town Hall 127 Norwich Ave Suite 201 at 2:00pm Thursday October 17, 2024.
