Colchester Energy Broker

Bids shall be addressed to and received by First Selectman, Bernie Dennler, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, Connecticut 06415 on or before 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 16th 2025. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Colchester Energy Broker RFP 2025-007”. Bid opening shall take place at the Colchester Town Hall, Meeting Room 1, 127 Norwich Avenue, Colchester, CT. 06415 at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 16th 2025. Any questions concerning this bid may be answered by contacting Allyson Edwards, Assistant to the Director of Public Works at (860) 537-7288. A pre-bi conference will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 11:00 am at Colchester Town Hall, Meeting Room 1. The conference will be hybrid to allow remote attendance (see instructions in bid package). Will attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not required to submit a proposal, it is highly recommended.
