Sealed bids will be received until 9:30AM on October 10, 2025 for the following; removing roofing and gutter cover, repairing sheet metal, coating existing sheet metal roofing, preparing and repointing brick masonry assemblies, repairing stone masonry assemblies, replacing and providing new internal roof drain piping, provide custom fabricated sheet metal chimney caps, replace metal tiebacks at chimneys, repairing wood roof trusses and other Work Indicated in the Contract Documents.
