Description

SYNOPSIS - NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Air Warfare Command – Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intent to solicit a sole source proposal for Phase 2(a) on the previously awarded Cognitive Radar Electronic Attack Environment (CREATE) system delivery order (N0042125F0572) against Basic Ordering Agreement N0042124G0003. This requirement will issue new CLINs on the delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N0042124G0003 to Mercury Systems, Inc., 50 Minuteman Road, Andover MA 01810.



This notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotes or request for information. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government and is based on an approval to utilize the authority under FAR 8.405-6(b).
